Welcome to Parkcrest Builders

Parkcrest was founded in 1992 by William W Austin, primarily to construct single family starter homes in west Houston. After completion of the homes in Williamschase, and primarily because of Hurricane Andrew in and around Homestead Florida, Parkcrest was invited by several insurance companies and restaurant owners to help restore the damage done by Andrew. This restoration included some 12 restaurants and a number of large homes in the Coral Gables area.

In 1996 Parkcrest began general contracting for various owners that were being financed through the HUD 221-D4 program. This included various projects in and outside Texas including the following:

Crossing Place, a 348 Unit Student Housing Facility in Austin, Texas
Crossing Place, a 96 Unit Student Housing Facility in College Station, Texas
Crossing Place, a 192 Unit Student Housing Facility in Knoxville, Tennessee
Crossing Place, a 108 Unit Student Housing Facility in Lansing, Michigan
Residence at West Beach, a 133 Unit Apartment Project in Galveston, Texas
Residence at Westchase, a 128 Unit Apartment Project in Houston, Texas

Today Parkcrest continues general contracting and ensuring quality projects for their clients through hard work and dedication.
